Easy Blueberry Sorbet (No Ice Cream Machine Needed)
Step 1:
Chill a shallow pan by placing it in your freezer. A loaf pan or pie pan will do the trick.
Step 2:
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Sugar
In a small saucepan, heat the water and sugar to create a simple syrup. Set aside to cool.
Step 3:
2 cups Frozen Blueberries
1 TB Lemon Juice
1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract or Imitation Vanilla Extract
Simple Syrup from Step 2
Pinch of Salt
Using a blender or food processor, puree all the ingredients to create a consistent, smooth paste. Pour into the chilled pan from Step 1. Place in the freezer for 60 minutes or more until desired consistency is achieved. Enjoy!
