Pink Peppercorns
Originally from South America, the pink peppercorn is actually a relative of the cashew family. As such, it behaves differently than regular peppercorns. Due to their delicate nature, we do not recommend using them in a grinder. Rather, crush them with the side of a knife or use a mortar and pestle for best results. They have a sweet, fruity bite and are great for sauces, vinaigrettes, aesthetic garnishes, or whatever your creativity inspires.
ALLERGEN: Do not consume this product if you have a nut allergy.
