This recipe is for one serving and can be scaled for your needs.

Step 1:

Select your preferred noodles and boil in salted water.

Select any vegetables or proteins you may want to add to your noodles and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2:

  • 1/4 cup Chunky or Creamy Peanut Butter

  • 1 TB Chili-Garlic Sauce (this rates as medium; use additional sauce to make it hotter)

  • 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce

  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar

  • 1 tsp Minced Ginger

  • Hot Water

Using a whisk, mix ingredients together. Add a small amount of hot water to achieve your desired consistency.

Step 3

  • 1 TB Sesame Oil

Heat your wok and then add the sesame oil.

Add your noodles and toss to get a light coating.

Add sauce and mix well.

Finish with your selected vegetables and proteins. Serve.
