All-Purpose Burger Seasoning
Step 1:
3/4 cup + 2 TB Table Salt
1/4 cup Black Pepper, ground
1/4 cup Granulated Garlic or Garlic Powder (the powder will clump in humid conditions; store in fridge)
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper or 1 TB Kashmiri Chili (the Kashmiri will add a more vibrant color)
Mix thoroughly and store in an air-tight container.
